World Dance United Casting
World Dance United is a brand new Dance Company that will cater to different types of dancers from various ethnic and dance style backgrounds. There will be a total of 50 dancers selected to represent the company. Being a signed dancer under the company means you would receive online dance jobs, as well as touring gigs (Must be available to travel). For those who have a flexible job or able to take off from works as needed, this opportunity would be perfect for you. Any dance style is welcome, as the company is looking to have faces of dancers from the ballet world, afrobeat world, hiphop world, jazz world, bollywood dance world, break dance world and more. World Dance encompasses and embodies any style of dance, as the company name suggests. This also helps because if anyone is looking to hire dancers for a certain genre of music, World Dance United would be able to choose the best dancer that fits what they are looking for.
Below is an application form that must be submitted prior to your audition. The audition will consist of you uploading 2 videos. The videos must be uploaded 1 day apart from each other (24 hours apart). There are 78 dance songs, and each dancer will be given 2 songs out of the 78, based on what city/country they are auditioning in and your Lot #. One of the 2 songs will be a song that has a tiktok dance choreo that you must do. The other song will be a song that you need to freestyle to. You must do the tiktok dance first and the freestyle dance on the next day.
You will receive your 2 songs and instructions after the application has been filled. The deadline to apply and upload your 2 audition videos is August 16th. Your videos that you upload on your page will be re-uploaded on a dance promo instagram account nearing 2 million followers on September 2nd. Viewers will be the one to decide which 50 dancers will be selected and hired by the brand new dance company.
