Please fill out the quick application form below if you are interested in having your dance video posted on ChopD's platform.
You will be given 2 songs (1 slow and 1 fast) and you will need to do a 30 second freestyle to both. Both reels must be uploaded on or before Friday, May 5th at 11:59pm. Hashtags will be given to you. The video must remain and can not be removed. Once all these requirements are met, please send a link or an email to the agent who contacted you to let them know your videos are up and it will be reposted on ChopD's instagram page.
